Lake of the Woods Golf Course opened for play in 1951, and is consistently rated as one of the favorite courses in Champaign County. We offer an 18-hole regulation course, 9-hole Par 3 course, driving range, and a fully stocked pro shop. A tee-time is required and Golf Course staff reserves the right to pair up all singles and twosomes to maximize our tee sheet and make the pace of play more efficient. Tee Times may have no more than 4 players, unless specified by tournament or event rules. All players must have their own set of golf clubs.
The snack bar is open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mid-April through September) for a variety of food and beverages. We offer hot dogs, brats, cold sandwiches, chips, candy and a variety of other snacks along with bottle and fountain drinks, and cold beer. The beverage cart runs on weekends and for leagues and special events. Any person wishing to run a tab on the beverage cart will be charged a gratuity of 15%. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Pro Shop or Snack Bar. NO outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.
